Im based in Geelong (about an hour south of Melbourne) and run a business called Profit Minute. We specialise in developing Attraction Marketing Strategies for Small Business and Entrepreneurs.
Five years ago I was bitten by the Entrepeneurial bug. I left my career in Real Estate when I fell in love with the field personal development and coaching. I did my original coaching studies with Sharon Pearson of The Coaching Institute before becoming a certified trainer of NLP and Hypnosis through the Chris Howard group. Filled with enthusiasm (and with a passionate belief that everyone in the world needed coaching) I set myself up in business 
What I quickly came to realise was that being excellent at the thing you do in business is not enough. Those who go onto the highest levels of success do so not because they are better at the thing they do, but because they are better at MARKETING the thing they do. After all … do McDonalds make the best hamburgers? No of course not … but they have the best business model, systems and marketing.
Armed with this insight I started to study everything I could on marketing. In particular I poured myself into studying everything I could find on direct response marketing. My mentors include people like Dan Kennedy, Bill Glazer, Gary Halbert, John Carlton, and many more. I invested tens of thousands of dollars acquiring the right knowledge on how to build the right business model, and marketing systems.
Today I am busy telling my coaching & consulting clients that 80% of your success in business comes down to MARKETING. It is your ability to develop the right systems to gain and hold the ATTENTION of your Target Market that matters most. When you learn how to, and implement the right strategy to, ATTRACT more clients than you can handle your success in business is assured.
So why did I decide to run the Mega Networking & Referral Event - March 27th to 29th 2009 in Melbourne?
Well on a daily basis everything I do is focused on helping YOU the Small Business Owner and Entrepreneur to achieve greater SUCCESS through more effctive ATTRACTION MARKETING. Most Small Business owners tell me that their main sources of new business come from either attending networking events, or word of mouth. Amazingly though almost no Small Business owners have SYSTEMS to make these activities more effective for them.
So that is why we are running the Mega Networking & Referral Event … to not only train you in developing better systems but to also give you a real world environment in which to put your new skills into practice.
